The H. Lavity Stoutt Community College is planning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
This new program is part of the college's expansion of tertiary education opportunities in the Virgin Islands. The college recently started its first bachelor's degree program in Elementary Education.
The proposed accounting program will be developed to meet the standards of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, allowing graduates to pursue international professional accounting qualifications.
