A major police operation in East End, Tortola, has resulted in the seizure of over 547 kilograms of suspected cocaine, a prohibited firearm, and ammunition. Two individuals, including a 26-year-old woman, have been charged in connection with the discovery.
The operation, which took place on October 27, involved the execution of a search warrant at a residence, where officers found a rifle, nearly 30 rounds of ammunition, and the suspected cocaine. The accused, Khalifa Turnbull and Miller Se Quonne Moulon, have been charged with multiple offenses, including possession of a prohibited firearm and possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply.
They are currently in police custody awaiting their court appearance.
