Two individuals have been charged following a police raid in Fat Hogs Bay, Tortola, on October 27, 2026. The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force seized a significant quantity of cocaine and a prohibited firearm during the operation.
The cocaine, weighing approximately 547 kilograms, has a street value of over $54 million. An AR-style rifle and 26 rounds of ammunition were also discovered.
Miller Se Quonne Moulon, 34, and Khalifa Turnbull, 26, were arrested and charged with possession of a prohibited firearm, unlawful possession of explosives, and possession of a controlled drug. They remain in police custody pending their court appearance.
