This comes after a video circulated of a young woman in crisis. Rosan stressed that mental health crises should not be treated as entertainment or opportunities for public judgment.
She highlighted the need for improved access to professional care and greater investment in early intervention.
Rosan also emphasized the importance of changing the culture and systems surrounding mental health in the Territory.
